Chicken fillet in the oven with cheese and vegetables
4 servings
40 minutes
Baked chicken fillet under cheese with vegetables is a tender dish where the juiciness of the meat harmonizes with a creamy cheese crust and the aroma of fresh vegetables. Its origin can be linked to European culinary traditions, where baking is highly valued for preserving the taste and texture of ingredients. Marinated fillet, lightly fried in a pan, acquires a rich flavor complemented by the tenderness of baked tomatoes and broccoli. A fragrant sauce based on sour cream and cheese adds special creaminess. The dish is perfect for both family dinners and festive gatherings – it delights not only with its taste but also with its appetizing appearance.

1
Place the chicken fillet in a plastic bag and pound it with the back of a knife.
- Chicken fillet: 4 pieces
2
In a bowl, mix sunflower oil, a pinch (good) of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and spices. Let it sit until everything dissolves. Pour the resulting solution into bags and mix. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Spices: to taste
3
Add a few drops of oil to the pan and fry the fillet on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet: 4 pieces
4
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
5
Slice the tomato into circles, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and mix with two tablespoons of sour cream. You can do it in the same bowl where you made the marinade for the chicken (it will taste better).
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Grated hard cheese: 100 g
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
6
Place the fillet, seared on both sides, on a baking sheet and into the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Chicken fillet: 4 pieces
7
Meanwhile, we send frozen broccoli in bags, mix it, and put it in the pan where the chicken is frying, cooking for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Frozen Broccoli: 200 g

After 15 minutes, we take the chicken out of the oven. We place broccoli on the baking sheet, put a slice of tomato on the fillet, and top it with a mixture of cheese and sour cream.
- Frozen Broccoli: 200 g
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Grated hard cheese: 100 g
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons

All this splendor back in the oven. I held it for 10 minutes, but it didn't turn out aesthetically pleasing. The cheese spread and leaked onto the tray. I think 5 minutes would have been enough.

We take it out, arrange it on plates, set the table, invite everyone, and enjoy the compliments.
