Cut the peppers in half, leaving part of the stem on each half, and remove the seeds and membranes.

Chop onion, mushrooms, and fillet into small cubes. Dip tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, then cool slightly, peel off the skin, and chop finely. Grate cheese and chop herbs.

Blanch the pepper in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and let it cool slightly. Sauté the onion and carrot, add the mushrooms, and fry until half-cooked. Then add the fillet, tomatoes, herbs, spices, salt, and pepper.

Mix and let them simmer together for 5 minutes. Add half of the grated cheese and turn off the heat after a minute. The filling is ready.

Place halved peppers on a greased baking sheet, fill with stuffing, and send to a preheated oven at 180-200° C for 30 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and sprinkle the peppers with grated cheese mixed with dill. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes. Once a golden crust forms on the cheese, the dish is ready.
