Chop the chicken finely and fry it (can be with onion and carrot). Let it cool.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Separate the yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the chicken. Whip the whites and quickly mix with the rice.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Grease the baking dish with oil. Divide the rice into 2 parts. Layer 1 part of rice, then chicken, and cover everything with the 2nd part of rice.
