Lazy stewed rice with corn is a simple yet exquisite dish of Thai cuisine that combines the softness of rice, sweetness of corn, and aroma of spices. This recipe is perfect for those who appreciate comforting home-cooked meals without hassle. Chicken legs infused with spices add rich flavor and make the dish particularly hearty. The origins of this dish can be linked to Thai traditions of quick cooking, where simple ingredients turn into a true gastronomic find. Baking in the oven under foil allows all ingredients to stew in their own juices, creating a tender and rich aroma. This dish is great for both everyday dinners and entertaining guests - minimal effort, maximum enjoyment!
