In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with eggs and herbs. Add adjika to taste, I added about half a teaspoon. Add a little salt.

- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and place them in a heated pan with sunflower oil. Sprinkle with a little salt. Layer half of the resulting mixture evenly on top.
