Kapsalon is a culinary masterpiece with an interesting history that combines notes of Italian and Dutch cuisine. It originated from a culinary experiment by a Dutch hairdresser who ordered a mix of potatoes, meat, cheese, and vegetables from a snack bar, leading to its popularity. The taste of kapsalon is a harmony of crispy potatoes, tender chicken fillet in creamy sauce, and stretchy melted gouda cheese. It's complemented by fresh arugula and juicy vegetables that add lightness and freshness. Kapsalon is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a hearty snack, and its combination of textures and flavors makes it a true delight for gourmets.
