Cod baked with cheese and tomatoes is a refined dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of fish with the rich flavor of Parmesan. The cod, soaked in mayonnaise and spices, remains juicy inside, while melted cheese and fresh tomatoes add a pleasant tang and appetizing crust. Herbs add freshness and aroma. This recipe is perfect for a family dinner or festive table, impressing with its richness of flavor nuances. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks, while baking in foil preserves the fish's juiciness, giving it a delicate texture. Serve with a light salad or roasted vegetables — and your dish will turn into a true gastronomic delight!
