Wash the turkey, pat it dry with a paper towel, and slice 3 cloves of garlic. Stuff the turkey with garlic and coat it with a marinade made of oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Leave the leg to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.

Peel the onion and carrot, then cut them into 3 pieces.

Place the turkey, carrots, onions, and celery in a baking dish and tightly cover with 2 layers of foil. (Optional: you can add 2-3 potatoes).
