Basque-style chicken is a bright and aromatic dish from the French province of Basque. It reflects the rich culinary traditions of the region, combining fresh vegetables, tender meat, and fragrant herbs. The flavor of this dish is rich, with a slight sweetness from tomatoes and bell peppers complemented by the spiciness of garlic and spices. Juicy pieces of chicken infused with the aromas of stewed vegetables become tender and surprisingly rich.
