We rinse the breast, cut it into long, not very thick pieces.
- Chicken breast: 400 g

Pour in the kefir, add salt and spices to taste, and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Ideally, for more than an hour.

We mix the oats (if you can't find fine ones, grind the large ones for just a second, but don't turn them into flour) with herbs and paprika.

Dip the breasts in the prepared oatmeal mixture and place them in a preheated oven on a baking sheet or in a dish, baking for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
