First, season the chicken breast and fry it on both sides. I even sprinkled a little sugar (frying can be done in any oil, it's tastier in butter).

We slice the apples into wedges, the onion into rings, and chop the garlic finely (or use a garlic press).

When the chicken is cooked, we remove it from the pan and transfer it to a plate.

Do not turn off the fire and add apples with garlic and onion to the oil where the chicken breast was fried. Sprinkle with sugar to taste and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
