Salt and pepper the chicken.
- Chicken: 1.5 kg

Place on a special stand for frying (like on a bottle).

Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Brush the chicken with half of the sauce.
- Pomegranate sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup: 1 tablespoon

Put in the oven at 200–210 degrees for half an hour.
