Squeeze juice from limes. Mix fish sauce with sugar. Place on low heat and heat until fully dissolved. Cool down.
- Lime: 3 pieces
- Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons

Soak 6 wooden sticks in cold water for 2 hours. Thread 3 shrimp, a piece of zucchini, 2 pieces of pepper, 2 green onions, 1 mushroom, and 1 tomato onto each. Brush with the prepared sauce.
- Peeled shrimp: 18 pieces
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Orange bell pepper: 1 piece
- Green onions: 10 stems
- Fresh champignons: 6 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes: 6 pieces
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

Preheat the grill pan and fry the skewers for 3-4 minutes, turning constantly until the shrimp are cooked.

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the remaining green onions, sprouts, garlic, salt, and sugar. Heat a wok or large skillet and add vegetable oil. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes until heated through.
