Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and 15 grams of butter in a pan. Add the meat and cook until golden, stirring with a wooden spoon. Transfer to a bowl.
- Butter: 60 g
- Ground beef: 1 kg

Add another 15 grams of butter and a little vegetable oil to the pan. Add finely chopped onion and grated carrot, and sauté over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden. Return the minced meat to the pan. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, and broth, mix well, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until all the liquid evaporates. Add peas and simmer for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place the chopped potatoes in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft. Drain, add milk, 30 grams of butter, and salt. Make a puree.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the meat and vegetables in a fireproof pot, flatten them, and spread the puree evenly on top. Put it on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
