Mexican lobster is the embodiment of passion and flavors from the southern shores. Inspired by Mexican culinary traditions, this recipe combines tender lobster meat with a fragrant blend of spices and creamy texture. Cumin and black pepper add warm spiciness to the dish, while the combination of roasted tomatoes and green peppers adds freshness.
