Soak the dried fruits separately in warm water. Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze it out. Grind the meat in a blender, add the bread, egg, minced garlic, and mix until a homogeneous mass forms.
- Dried apricots: 100 g
- Dried apples: 100 g
- White bread: 4 pieces
- Milk: 1 glass
- Chicken fillet: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Chop the dried apricots and apples, mix them, and add raisins. Divide the filling into patties, place the fruit filling in the center of each, roll them up, and secure with threads. Coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry, then remove from heat.
- Dried apricots: 100 g
- Dried apples: 100 g
- Raisin: 50 g
- Chicken fillet: 500 g
- Breadcrumbs: 1 glass

Squeeze juice from oranges, mix with yogurt and yolk. Whip while adding sugar. Serve the sauce separately with the zrazy.
