Pancakes with black caviar

First, you need to prepare the pancake batter. Pour milk into a deep bowl, add eggs, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
- Milk: 400 ml
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Dry yeast: 12 g
- Salt: 4 g
- Sugar: 8 g

Gradually add flour to the egg-milk mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Wheat flour: 400 g

Place the dough in a warm place for about half an hour.

While the dough rises, prepare the sour cream. For this, peel the apples from the skin and seeds and cut them into small cubes.
- Green apples: 2 pieces

Finely chop the green onion.
- Onion-sibulet: 12 g

In a deep bowl, mix apples, 200 grams of sour cream, 200 grams of cottage cheese, and onion. Stir.
- Sour cream 30%: 200 g
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Onion-sibulet: 12 g

Sour cream is ready.

Heat the pan and melt butter in it. Add olive oil.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Place each pancake on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Place the pancakes on a plate, decorate with sour cream and black caviar.
- Sour cream 30%: 200 g
