Salmon baked in the oven

Oven-baked salmon is a gourmet dish that harmoniously combines the tenderness of fish, the freshness of citrus fruits, and the spicy notes of seasonings. Baked with rings of sweet pepper, it acquires appetizing juiciness and a subtle aroma, while a light touch of soy sauce and lemon juice adds zest. The dish has roots in British cuisine, where simplicity and natural flavors are valued. Baking preserves all the beneficial properties of salmon, making it an ideal choice for a light dinner or festive table. Sesame oil adds a delicate nutty note, while the combination of oregano, basil, and black pepper deepens and enriches the flavor. This dish requires no complex manipulations but impresses with its elegance and richness of flavor notes.
