Grease the pot with butter.

Prepare the trout, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Trout: 150 g

Cut into portion-sized pieces.

Place lavash at the bottom of the pot, and put the processed fish on top.
- Armenian lavash: 250 g

If the fish is small, it is placed whole.

Cover the fish with a layer of washed greens (tarragon and cilantro) and cover with lavash.
