Dumplings with fish

Prepare the dough. Pile the flour on the table and make a well in it.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Pour in salted water, add eggs and oil.
- Water: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 1.5 tablespoon

Mix gradually, taking flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.

Prepare the minced meat. Clean the fish fillet from small bones, wash it, dry it, and cut it into pieces.
- Fish fillet: 750 g

Then pass through a meat grinder along with the peeled and washed onion, dilute with cream or milk, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Cream: 100 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Roll the dough into a thin layer.

Cut circles from the dough with a glass.

Place filling on one half of the circle with a teaspoon, fold the circle in half and pinch the edges.

Place the ready dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
