Bulgur with vegetables

The simplest recipe that even those who are not used to cooking can handle. Bulgur is combined with stewed vegetables, being raw, and is cooked together with them in a frying pan, like rice in risotto.

Chop the carrot and onion into small cubes.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 head

Sauté onion and carrot in vegetable oil until soft.
- Onion: 1 head
- Carrot: 1 piece

Remove seeds and white parts from the pepper, and cut it into small cubes.
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece

Add pepper and green peas to the onion with carrots, mix, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Frozen green peas: 100 g

Chop the garlic, add it to the vegetables, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add bulgur to the vegetables and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bulgur: 250 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Pour in water — it should be twice as much as the bulgur with vegetables. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes until the bulgur is ready.
