Loin in honey-orange glaze

Prepare the marinade: combine 100 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, minced garlic, garlic salt, and the juice of one orange. Mix everything and add thyme leaves for aroma.
- Vegetable oil: 200 ml
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Garlic salt: to taste
- Oranges: 2 pieces
- Thyme: 50 g

Make small cuts in the pork, pour the marinade over it and rub it in well. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
- Pork loin: 2 g

For the glaze: mix well 2 tbsp of honey, the juice of 1 lemon, and 100 ml of vegetable oil.
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 200 ml

Wrap the meat in foil and bake at 180 degrees for one hour. After an hour, slightly open the foil and continue baking for another hour, basting with glaze every 15 minutes.

To prepare a side dish of potatoes: boil until almost done for about 10-15 minutes. Then melt butter in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. You can add garlic salt and thyme leaves.
