Fried Shrimp
4 servings
15 minutes
The main thing with shrimp is not to overcook them. A couple of minutes in a frying pan until the transparent bodies turn pink, and that's it, you're done. It's also important not to overdo it, not to kill the taste of the shrimp themselves with an unnecessary heap of spices. Parsley, a mixture of Italian herbs , garlic and lemon juice, which the seafood is poured with at the very end, are enough for the shrimp to show all the best in themselves. Another important point: fry the shrimp in butter, so they will be more tender.
