Rub the rabbit leg with spices and salt.
- Rabbit legs: 1 piece
- Salt: 4 g
- Black peppercorns: 1 g

Fry the rabbit leg in a deep-sided pan on both sides until golden brown. Optionally, you can add a clove of garlic, some carrots, and onions.

- Sunflower oil: 30 ml
- Carrot: 30 g

Then add meat or chicken broth to the rabbit. Cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
- Meat broth: 200 ml

Add boiled forest mushrooms, cream, and butter to the meat. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
