Cut the vegetables and chicken into pieces. Sauté the onion, grated ginger root, and garlic.
- Chicken fillet: 1 kg
- Ginger root: 1 piece
- Shallots: 1 piece

Add chicken to them. After 5 minutes, add vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on, then add spices and pour in cream (can be replaced with coconut milk).
