Chop onion and celery into small cubes. Set the roasting attachment on the Optigrill, select the red temperature level in manual mode. First, sauté the onion until translucent, then add celery and sauté for another 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the minced meat and cook until it is no longer pink.

Add diced pepper, minced garlic, rice, diced tomato, passata, chili, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the minced meat.
