Punch with blackcurrant, cranberry, vodka, and rosé wine is a vibrant and warming drink that embodies the richness of Russian cuisine. Its history traces back to the tradition of winter warming drinks that combine berries, alcohol, and spices. The taste is complex, deep, and rich: the sweet-sour notes of cranberry and blackcurrant harmonize with the light bitterness of rosé wine and the warmth of vodka. This punch is perfect for winter evenings by the fireplace, friendly gatherings, or festive feasts. Served hot, it allows you to experience the full palette of flavors while the berries add extra freshness and texture to the drink. Such a punch is not just a beverage but a true ritual of comfort and enjoyment.

Place the pot on medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil. Then immediately reduce the heat and, as soon as it stops boiling, pour vodka into the punch. Keep on low heat for 4-5 minutes without boiling to avoid reducing the alcohol content.

- Vodka: 250 ml
