Send gin, aloe jam, and lime puree to the shaker, also add sugar syrup and egg white.
- Gin: 40 ml
- Aloe jam: 40 g
- Lime juice: 30 ml
- Sugar syrup: 10 ml
- Egg white: 40 g

Shake everything without ice, then once more — with ice.

Mix the matcha with water, the water temperature should not exceed 80 degrees.
- Matcha: 2 g
- Water: 40 ml

Strain the mixture from the shaker through a bar strainer (Double Strain) and mix with matcha.

Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with matcha tea.
