20 minutes

Red velvet hot chocolate is a delightful drink that enchants with its rich flavor and velvety texture. Its base is a combination of dark and milk chocolate enriched with the aroma of vanilla sugar. But the main highlight is beetroot, giving the drink a delicate pink hue and light natural sweetness. This recipe is inspired by European cuisine, where special attention is paid to the harmony of flavors. The drink is perfect for cozy evenings and festive moments, filling them with warmth and sophistication. Served with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, it transforms into a true work of art, offering unique pleasure with every sip.

Peel the beetroot and cut it into strips.

Break all the chocolate and leave it.

    2. Milk chocolate: 0.3 glass
  • 3

Whip the cream in a mixer on low speed, gradually adding sugar for about 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and whip on a higher speed until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Cover the bowl with the whipped cream with plastic wrap and set aside.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Heavy cream (38%): 1 glass
    2. Vanilla sugar: 1 tablespoon
    3. Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon

Pour milk into a pot and place it over medium heat. Add beetroot and cook until the beetroot colors the milk pink. The longer you cook, the richer the color will be. But do not let the milk boil. If the milk boils before coloring, reduce the heat and cook a little longer. Then remove from heat and strain the milk into a separate pot.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Whole milk (3.2%): 3 glasss
    2. Beetroot: 1 piece
