    Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, combine coconut oil (1 tablespoon), syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Gluten-free flour blend: 1.3 glass
    2. Baking soda: 2 tablespoons
    3. Coconut oil: 4 tablespoons
    4. Sugar syrup: 4 tablespoons
    5. Vanilla extract: 0.5 teaspoon
    6. Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

    Whip the aquafaba separately with a mixer for 5-8 minutes until thick peaks form. Mix the aquafaba with the batter.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Chickpea aquafaba:  to taste

    Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Let the donuts cool.

    For chocolate glaze: combine coconut oil and cocoa powder in a water bath. Stir until smooth.

    2. Cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons
