Make a ball from a block of ice with a diameter of approximately 8 cm. Place the ball in a serving glass.

Dissolve sugar with both bitters in a mixing glass. Add bourbon and stir. Pour into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.
- Brown sugar: 1.5 teaspoon
- Angostura bitters: 2 ml
- Orange bitters: 1 ml
- Bourbon: 60 ml
