Cooking steps

  • 1

    Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly with a bar spoon.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Gin: 50 ml
    2. Aperol infused with caramelised barberry: 20 ml
    3. Lillet-style aromatised aperitif wine: 10 ml
    4. Gentian bitter aperitif: 4 ml
    5. Angostura bitters:  to taste
