
Almond (orgeat) syrup is a thick, sweet syrup of almond milk, sugar and water with a note of orange blossom, milky white, with a rich aroma of almond and marzipan. It is added to coffee, latte, cocoa, cocktails (mai tai), lemonades, sponge soaking syrups, creams, panna cotta, ice cream and dessert sauces.
