    Mash two small pieces of pineapple with a muddler in a shaker. Add ice. Pour in gin, squeeze lemon juice, add a dash of bitters. Shake.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Pineapple: 70 g
    2. Gin: 60 ml
    3. Lemon juice: 25 ml
    4. Celery bitters: 3 ml
