
Celery bitters are an aromatic bitters on spirit with an infusion of celery seeds and stalks, lemon zest and spices, with a saltish-bitter grassy-vegetable taste. They are added by the drop to cocktails (Bloody Mary, Gibson, Martinez, sodas), to tomato juice, and in cooking to marinades, salad dressings, sauces for meat, fish and seafood and to soups for piquancy.

This isn't the classic Matador with pineapple and lime juice, but in terms of flavor combinations, cilantro is as natural an ingredient in tequila cocktails as lime or salt.

The famous "Shaken, not stirred" is not quite the correct translation of Bond's phrase. It may seem that the cocktail is made in two steps: stir, then shake. In fact, we are talking about two ways of preparing any cocktail: stir in a glass or shake in a shaker. You can do it either way - we have the orthodox version.
