Diet tiramisu

Dietary tiramisu is a light, airy dessert inspired by Italian classic but adapted for those mindful of nutrition. Instead of traditional ingredients, it uses corn flour, soft cottage cheese, and natural sweeteners, making it healthier. The taste remains refined: delicate cookies soaked in strong coffee combine with airy cream to create a harmony of rich aroma and delicate sweetness. The history of tiramisu roots back to Italian cuisine where it was considered an elegant finish to a meal. This version retains its spirit while bringing lightness and the ability to enjoy dessert guilt-free. Perfect as a morning treat or an exquisite dinner finale.
