    Pour brandy and bitters into a tall cocktail glass (usually a champagne glass), add sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Brandy: 30 ml
    2. Angostura bitters: 2 ml
    3. Cane sugar: 0.5 teaspoon

    Pour icy champagne. Garnish with a spiral of lemon zest.

    1. Dry (brut) champagne: 130 ml
    2. Lemon zest:  to taste
