Prepare all the ingredients.

Fill a whiskey glass with ice, add all ingredients, and stir with a cocktail spoon.
- Tequila: 30 ml
- Red (sweet) vermouth: 30 ml
- Bitter vermouth: 30 ml
- Grapefruits: 5 g
- Angostura bitters: 5 ml
