Triple sec is a clear sweet orange liqueur on spirit with an infusion of bitter and sweet orange peel, with a clean citrus aroma and a moderate sweetness, at around 15–40% ABV. It is used in cocktails (margarita, cosmopolitan, sidecar, Long Island), and in cooking in creams, dessert sauces, crepe Suzette, soaking syrups and citrus glazes.

An interpretation of gin and tonic with lavender. By the way, lilac is the color of the year, so the cocktail is also very fashionable in this sense. Lavender is in the decoration and in the syrup we use. We buy the syrup, but if you want to make it at home, follow the instructions: 700 ml of water, a bunch of lavender per 100 grams, 1 kg of sugar. Andrey Osipov, head bartender at Pioner Cafe (Yalta), shared the recipe with us.

At the Beer Pairing beer restaurant, mulled wine is made with beer, not wine. The ingredients include Czech beer with a rich cherry aroma, a little triple sec, and lots of spices. If this is good for windswept Prague, then it will be all the more suitable for snow-covered Moscow. The barista of the signature cuisine restaurant Beer Pairing shared the recipe with us.
