Furikake seasoning is a Japanese dry topping of a mix of roasted sesame, chopped nori seaweed, bonito flakes, salt, sugar, dried fish, miso granules and sometimes egg flakes, chili or yuzu, saltish-umami, aromatic, crunchy. It is sprinkled over cooked rice, onigiri, noodles, vegetables, salads, tofu, avocado toast and fish just before serving.

The sweet taste of eel and Jerusalem artichoke is balanced by a delicate cream of cream cheese, sour cream and yuzu juice. A light citrus note refreshes the entire composition without interrupting the taste of the main ingredients. Recipe from the chef of the gastrobar "Kotelnaya" Dmitry Pogorelov.

Tuna fried with vegetables is a harmony of Mediterranean cuisine where juicy fish meets the freshness of vegetables and the sophistication of sauces. Tuna sealed with furikake spices and grilled to perfection retains its tenderness inside while the crispy crust adds textural richness. Crunchy daikon, refreshing cucumber, and creamy avocado create a balance of flavors complementing the lightness of the fish. Two types of sauce—aromatic saffron mayonnaise and citrus-soy mix—add depth to the dish by blending spicy and sweet-sour notes. This dish is perfect for a light yet rich dinner that evokes memories of the gentle Mediterranean breeze and sunny evenings by the sea.

An excellent constructor dish from Hawaii. It is based on rice (you can also use other cereals), greens, fish or seafood and sauces. There are many poke recipes, but ours is the closest to the basic one, which leaves a lot of room for imagination. To make poke, take the products that you like and feel free to add them to your plate.

Tuna furikake in mustard sauce is a gourmet dish that combines a crispy coating with the rich aroma of Dijon mustard and a sweet hint of pear. The origins of this recipe trace back to modern fusion cuisine trends, where Japanese ingredients like furikake harmoniously blend with European sauces. The taste of the dish is a contrast between the crunchy crust and tender, juicy tuna infused with an exquisite sauce with a slight spiciness. Perfect for serving at a dinner party or as an elegant appetizer in a restaurant. Slices of tuna laid on pristine white sauce create a picturesque composition worthy of gastronomic art. Serving with sliced onions adds freshness and the finishing touch of sophistication.

Shrimp in kimchi sauce is a refined dish of Pan-Asian cuisine, combining the crispy texture of shrimp with the rich flavor of spicy sauce. The recipe's origins trace back to Korean culinary traditions, where kimchi adds spiciness and depth to dishes. Tender shrimp, breaded and deep-fried, absorb the aromatic kimchi sauce with notes of lime, sake, and tobanjan. Cilantro leaves and thin radish slices add freshness, while green tobiko caviar provides a light sea saltiness. Furikake gives the dish a distinctive Japanese accent. It's the perfect treat for those who appreciate vibrant flavor combinations and enjoy the harmony of spicy, crispy, and juicy.
