Peach syrup is a thick golden-orange sugar syrup based on peach juice or puree, sweet, with a rich aroma of ripe peach, a mild honeyed taste and a light refreshing tang. It is added to tea, lemonades, cocktails (Bellini, iced tea), sparkling water and milkshakes, poured over pancakes, ice cream and cheesecakes and used in creams, mousses and soaking syrups.
