Honey liqueur is a sweet liqueur based on vodka, grain spirit or whisky infused on natural honey, sometimes with herbs and spices, golden-amber, slightly thick, with a rich floral-honey taste and aroma and a mild warm finish. It is drunk chilled as a digestif and in hot drinks, added to coffee, tea and cocktails and used in glaze, sauces for meat and desserts and in baking.
