Elderflower liqueur is a light, sweet liqueur infused with black elder blossoms on neutral spirit or brandy, with a delicate floral-honey aroma and notes of pear, lychee and citrus. It is added to cocktails (elderflower spritz, Hugo), creams, jelly, sorbets, panna cotta, sponge soaking syrups and sauces for light fruit desserts.

A perfect summer sample: prosecco, soda, liqueur and basil. Recipe by Andrey Kobyakov, head bartender at Sartoria Lamberti.

Sparkling, cold, snowy. Thanks to the playful bubbles of champagne (or any other sparkling wine), it perfectly quenches both the anticipation of a magical New Year's holiday and ordinary thirst.

The 'Amanita Gimlet' cocktail is an elegant blend of classic flavors with a mysterious touch of nature. Inspired by the enigmatic forest world, it combines the strength of gin with the soft sweetness of elderflower liqueur. The freshness of lime juice highlights delicate floral and herbal nuances, while aloe and honey add a gentle texture to the drink. Two dashes of bitters finish the composition with a light bitterness, enhancing the complexity of the aroma. This cocktail is perfect for leisurely evening conversations, emphasizing the sophistication of the moment.
