
Carlsbad herbal bitter liqueur (Becherovka-style) is a Czech herbal liqueur of a golden-amber colour on spirit with an infusion of over twenty herbs and spices with dominant notes of cinnamon and clove, sweet-spicy, slightly bitterish, at around 38% ABV. It is drunk chilled as a digestif, in the Beton cocktail (with tonic), added to mulled wine, tea, sauces for meat and game and to spiced baking.
