Rice pudding with dried fruits

Wash all dried fruits in hot water, then dry.
- Raisins: 50 g
- Fig: 100 g
- Dried apricots: 100 g
- Dates: 50 g

Chop all dried fruits finely, except for the raisins.

Boil 2 cups of rice in 4 cups of water until evaporated.
- Short-grain (round) rice: 2 glasss

Add chopped dried fruits and ground ginger to the rice, and mix.

Whip 4 egg whites with 0.5 cup of sugar and mix with the rice mass.
