Hot chocolate with marshmallows

At SOS.Café, they prepare hot chocolate using the most generous recipe: they melt a whole bar of dark chocolate together with 33% cream, and at the end they throw a marshmallow bomb into the cup. The result is a very thick, very chocolatey , absolutely endless pleasure. Willy Wonka would be pleased.. The recipe was shared with us by the barista of SOS.Café.

Break the chocolate into a saucepan and place it on low heat to melt.
- Dark chocolate: 100 g

Add the cream while stirring. Bring to a boil. Remove and pour into a cup.
- Whipping cream 33%: 50 ml

Decorate with burnt marshmallows.
