Marinade for grilled fish with beer and lime

This marinade is especially good with those types of fish that lack their own brightness - for example, with haddock or cod. But if there is an excess of their own taste, and it is even sharp, like mackerel or flounder, then the beer spicy-sweet marinade with an interesting beer bitterness will ennoble and soften it.
