
Barbecue (shashlik) spice mix is a dry blend of paprika, black and red pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic, onion, dried herbs and salt, aromatic, spicy, with warm spice notes. It is rubbed onto pork, lamb, chicken and beef a few hours before grilling, added to marinades with onion, lemon or kefir and used to season grilled vegetables and lyulya kebab.
