Marinated (pickled) prawns are boiled peeled prawns steeped in a marinade of oil, vinegar or lemon juice, garlic, onion, dill, hot pepper and spices, springy, sour-spicy, ready to eat. They are served as a cold appetizer with an aperitif and beer, and added to salads, ceviche, bowls, onto canapes and into seafood platters.

Small tartlets filled with something are always very popular at parties - you can eat them with your hands, you won't get full from the first bite, and they are a convenient snack with almost any alcohol. Our version of the filling is shrimp and guacamole. Guacamole can be prepared a few hours before the party, and it is better to assemble the snack itself just before serving. You can buy ready-made tartlets.

Seafood salad with cheese is a refined dish of European cuisine that harmoniously combines seafood delicacies and soft cheese. The history of such salads originates in the coastal regions of Europe, where fresh seafood has always been the foundation of local gastronomy. This salad impresses with its rich flavor: shrimp and squid add a slight saltiness, crab sticks provide a gentle sweetness, and Russian cheese adds creamy richness. Mayonnaise binds the ingredients together, creating a delicate consistency, while red caviar adds a touch of luxury. The dish is perfect as an appetizer on a festive table or as an exquisite addition to dinner with white wine. Light yet nutritious, this salad will be the highlight of any feast.
