Citro (citrus lemonade) is a pale carbonated non-alcoholic drink based on water, sugar, infusions and essential oils of citrus (lemon, orange, mandarin), citric acid and vanillin, clear or slightly yellowish, sweet, with a bright citrus taste and aroma and lively carbonation. It is drunk well chilled, used as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails and in jelly, sorbets and soaking syrups.
